My initial impression is a very positive one. The saddle looks very classy with a perfect honey brown color and large copper plated rivets and rails. Allen bolt in the nose adjustment is much easier to use than on Brooks saddle. The sides are riveted at the bottom, so the saddle will not flare up with time. It is 150mm wide in the widest point. It looks like the saddle is a close copy of Brooks Swallow.
I went through torture breaking in a Brooks B-17 saddle a couple of years ago and I was expecting a similar experience with this Zimbale saddle. I only rode the saddle for 2 hours but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very comfortable right out of the box, reminded of my Selle Italia Flyte saddle . I hope it will stay comfortable on longer rides and it will not be as torturous to break in as my B-17 was.
